In early Spring of 1942 a small group of Belarussian Refuges flees
into the Naliboki Forest to escape the German Invaders of their country.
The German SS, lead by the ruthless Hans Seigling, has joined forces
with Bernicki, the Captain of the Belarussian Police, in a mission to
hunt down and exterminate the refuges in hiding.
One group of strong minded refuges has decided to defy the Germans and
fight back against all odds! In their struggle they have created the
Bielski Otriad and joined forces with a group of Soviet Partisans, aka
the October Otriad commanded by General Platon.
Though they still hide they will now stand up and defy the iron hand of
Germany that intends to destroy them!
